Speed Programming

  • You’re already lifting at school or with your team, but are missing speed work. That’s where we come in. Our speed programming works with your existing training and sports schedule to maximize your athletic potential.

  • PROGRAMMING—The programming contains warm-ups, activation activities, technical drills, sprints and jumps for specific days, and games and drills on each training day to make sure you’re enjoying your training, competing, and building a true team.

    MEASUREMENT—With a few simple app downloads, you can accurately measure your running and jumping to track your improvement across many different movements.

  • $19/month gets you full access to our speed programming package. Third-party apps are up to $10 one time, but optional.

Speed + Strength Programming (Most Popular)

  • You may or may not have a lifting program at school or with your team, but you know that there is more and better work that you could be doing. Our world-class speed programming works best when its paired with an intelligent, intentional strength program. This package brings you both.
